Non-agency deposits must be paid by a wire transfer or single credit card. Debit cards
and checks are not accepted. The deposit may either be applied toward final ticketing
or refunded to the original form of payment
Deposits will be refunded for seat cancellations prior to the last day to cancel/reduce
without charge. Full deposits will be retained subject to non-utilization penalties after
that date
After the last day to cancel/reduce without charge, no downgrades of fares are allowed
Ticketing Policy:
Once tickets are issued they are nonrefundable
o After ticketing, one free name change is permitted for 50% of the group up to 48
hours prior to departure,
o $150.00 USD fee for each additional name change applies and is subject to
change
All tickets must be issued on 006 ticket stock
Your Base Fare, Carrier Imposed Surcharge (Q) and YQ/YR rates are guaranteed at the
time of Booking in the currency as quoted. At the time of Ticket Issuance, all other taxes
will be recalculated and Base Fare will be converted at the current exchange rate. The
Total Fare will be in the selling country currency.
Any changes of itinerary will require a renegotiation of fare and terms
Any seats without names must be cancelled in order to complete the ticketing process
For Travel Agency Bookings:
o Travel agents must issue their own tickets
o Passive bookings of group itineraries must match segments already existing in
Delta's reservations system
o Passive booking of group itineraries prior to the date of ticketing is not
permitted
o Tickets must be issued with the base fare in the currency of the country of origin
o At the time of ticketing you will receive the total group fare calculation with which
to issue the ticket.
o All tickets on the group block must be issued at the same time.
o All bulk tickets must be reissued by the ticketing agency
For Non Travel Agency Bookings
o All group tickets will be issued electronically by Delta Air Lines. Your current
fare and terms are based on Delta issuing your tickets
o If you elect to have your tickets issued by a Travel Agency, the fare and terms
are subject to renegotiation
Tour Conductor Policy:
Tour conductor tickets are not offered as part of the fare negotiation. Tour conductors will be
considered based on the following:
Tour Conductors (TC) are offered upon request only, and must be requested at the Time of
Booking (and will be documented).
If the Tour Conductor ticket is not requested at the time of booking, any TC request is subject to
availability of inventory.
The group must consist of at least 30 paid passengers traveling on adult fares (30 paid tickets
and the Tour conductor, if approved by Delta, would be the 31st ticket).
Travel agents must also issue Tour Conductor tickets once approved by Delta as a bulk ticket by
the Ticketing Deadline.
The Tour Conductor is required to pay applicable taxes.
The Tour Conductor may deviate from the group based on the deviation policy previously noted.
The Tour Conductor will be split from the record with the lowest fare.
Tour Conductors must travel in coach.
